Travel Baubles will become available after completing the Adventure Signature Line. It's helpful to have Featherfall/Safefall/Glide in the pre-flight part of your adventures, for example, the Jann Magi Illusion, or Cloak of the Harvester.Flight is restricted until you have completed certain quests in each zone.Access the City of Fordel Midst via Wizard Spire.(Note: As of 26 November 2021 the lockbox is back, after having been removed from zone for a week or more. Tishan's Lockbox is in the center of the Luclin Nexus in the City of Fordel Midst containing level 120 equipment.Complete the BoL quest Fleshless Tongue Untied.Complete the BoL collection Akheva Runes (the collection pieces will not be visible until you have completed Shattered Dawn: Burn the Midnight Oil).Complete the Blood of Luclin Signature Questline through Shattered Dawn: Burn the Midnight Oil.However, the Signature quest may be completed without it. There is currently one side quest that requires this.
